Mesa Rectoverb one: not bad, but not the stuff that makes the difference. a Mesa F50: bof any dish, reverb decay, its clear Baluch, crunch means. Other than that and the Janglebox I don't have much of an idea. AC30CC2 a VOX (normal hp): the difference in sound is amazing how CC2 comparative listening with almost CC2X pass for a transistor.

I'm also thinking about buying a Janglebox for compression. Yes, I know the AC30C2 has op-amps in the signal chain, but theyre low gain and high bandwidth, so quite transparent to the signal.

The AC30CC2 utilized two 12' Vox Wharfedale GSH-1230-8 eight ohm speakers, wired in series to sixteen ohms and designed to tonally resemble the famous 'green back' speaker frequently used by Vox from the 70s through the 90s. It was produced for Vox by the International Audio Group in Shenzhen, China. I'm mainly looking for an Overdrive pedal, something else for a bit of a boost for solos, and a wah. The AC30CC2 was designed in 2004 by then Vox lead engineer Steve Grindrod. I love the sound of my Ric 330 through the Vox and don't really want to alter it. I recently acquired a vox ac30cc2 and havent been able to play with it because it will turn on and power up but when I plug a guitar in and try to play nothing. My guitars are a Rickenbacker 330, Rickenbacker 620/12, and a Hamer strat. My amp is a Vox AC30CC2 (I do also have a Valvetonics AD30VT and a Fender Bandmaster Reverb that needs new speakers). I'm thinking about getting rid of it and going back to stomp boxes before I thow the thing into the wall! I can't seem to get it to sound the way I want. I've been trying to wrap my head around a Boss GT8 for the last year or so.
